This fun dance camp for ages 6+ includes supervised walk from Tular's campus to Hidden Valley Music Seminars, dance technique, learning choreography, and creating an original dance! Studio showing for friends and family on Friday, November 17th at 3:00 pm
Our 2023 November Dance Camp is under the expert guidance of Lillian Barbeito, a distinguished graduate of The Juilliard School with over 30 years of experience in dance education. Lillian, a seasoned professional, takes immense pride in her role as a parent to two CUSD students and eagerly seizes the opportunity to share the magic of dance with the Carmel Valley community.
Furthermore, we are thrilled to introduce Bailey Duffield, a new faculty member at DANCE at Hidden Valley, who will be providing additional instruction.

Dance Camp Faculty
DANCE at Hidden Valley, Director
LILLIAN BARBEITO brings more than 35 years of dance experience as an artist, producer, director, and educator to her roles as Founder of Carmel Dance Festival. and Director of DANCE at Hidden Valley, During the course of her career, she has been a performer with contemporary dance companies, the co-founder of a world-renowned non-profit organization, and an internationally recognized, certified teacher of Countertechnique.
Lillian is a graduate of The Juilliard School, was professor of dance at Loyola Marymount University for over 10 years, and served as Cultural Ambassador of the USA to Isreal, Jordan, and Algeria.
She teaches ballet, pointe, modern, Countertechnique, choreography, improvisation, contact/partnering, and mentors aspiring dancers on their summer study and collage audition journies.
New DANCE at Hidden Valley Faculty Member
Bailey has been studying Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Tap since the age of three. She attended Columbia College Chicago where her love for teaching grew.
Over the years Bailey had the opportunity to work with River North Dance Chicago, Chicago Movement Collective, Ethan Kirschbaum, Dome Lorusso, Matthew and Brittany Keefe, Sara Bibik and Maria Costello.
Most recently, Bailey was an inaugural Carmel Dance Festival Fellow and performed with Ballare Carmel Trainees at the Prancing Ponies Fashion Show during Car Week.
Bailey looks forward to sharing her passion for dance with DANCE at Hidden Valley students!
